$AITV is the **governance, incentive, and value-capture layer** of the AITV protocol - designed to align streamers, audiences, and creators.

#### % of Credits Spent

Users purchase and spend **AITV Credits** to interact with streamers on the network.

* **20% of all credits spent** is redirected as a network fee and automatically used to **buy $AITV onchain**.
* Purchased tokens are redistributed to users, meaning the more the network is used the more $AITV is continuously purchased and distributed.
* This fee gauge is controlled by DAO governance.

#### **% of Launch Pool Collateral**

When new streamer tokens are launched through **AITV Launch Pools**, a portion of the **collateral raised** (currently **10%**) flows directly into the **AITV Treasury**.

This ensures:

* Every new streamer token launch directly reinforces the core AITV economy.
* Value from new ecosystems accrues back to $AITV holders.
* The DAO can redeploy these funds for incentives, liquidity, or community growth.

Stake $AITV to mint vote-escrowed veAITV, a non-transferrable governance token.

The DAO may deploy $AITV to accelerate strategic growth across the ecosystem:

* **Rewarding creators** that launch new streamers on AITV that perform well

* **Support early adopters** and ecosystem partners through grants or reward programs

All $AITV incentives are subject to DAO governance, ensuring that token distribution is transparent, adaptive, and aligned with the evolving needs of the platform.

### 🛡 $AITV is now Immutable (New – December 2025)

To solidify AITV as a trust-minimized protocol, the Ethereum mainnet token contract for $AITV is now fully renounced - meaning no centralized party can upgrade or tamper with it.

* This move protects tokenholders from governance overreach or unilateral contract changes.
* It marks a deep commitment to decentralization, transparency, and long-term credibility.
* The DAO continues to govern emissions and incentives, but contract logic is now immutable at the base layer.

5% of the total $AITV supply is reserved for community airdrops, rolled out in multiple waves. Each wave is designed to reward early adopters, encourage long-term alignment, and seed DAO governance.
